Transit Connect Taxi

Durable + Capable = Reliable

Make no mistake; the Transit Connect Taxi is Built Ford Tough.® It’s certified to Ford Light Commercial Vehicle Durability Standards with wheels, tires, suspension components and underbody structure passing all testing requirements for withstanding potholes and curbs.

Transit Connect Taxi’s doors and hardware were tested for functionality and durability, while parts vibration testing simulated the worst roads to ensure solid, reliable performance and long parts life. Our use of commercial-grade materials helps ensure rugged, durable, and reliable usage.

Safety For All

Transit Connect comes standard with AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control™) to help you stay in control in hard-braking or slippery road conditions. And the vehicle roll motion sensor works to counteract excessive roll by instantly and rapidly applying brake force, which controls roll motion†.

Street Smart

Transit Connect Taxi’s 15.4-gallon fuel tank delivers a range of 350+ miles per tankful. It also features a nimble 39-foot turning diameter to help take the hassle out of tight spots.
